Account Control
Freeze User Account
Purpose: Temporarily suspend a user account for a specified number of days. This is required before permanent deletion.
Steps:
- Enter the number of days to freeze the account (e.g., 7 for one week)
- Provide a clear reason for the freeze (visible to admin team)
- Click "Freeze Account" - user will receive notification via email
- User cannot log in until freeze period expires
Expected Result: Account status changes to "FROZEN" and freeze expiration date is set. User receives email notification.
Data Export (GDPR Compliance)
Export User Data
Purpose: Download all user data in JSON format for GDPR compliance (Article 15 - Right of Access).
Steps:
- Click "Export User Data" button below
- File will download automatically
- Contains: Profile, jobs, wallet, transactions, activity history
Expected Result: JSON file downloads with filename "user_ff931c0f-1149-4f96-8d92-4ce1c98673c5_data_[timestamp].json"
Admin Notes
Internal Notes
Purpose: Add private admin notes about this user (not visible to user).
Steps:
- Enter notes in the text area below
- Click "Save Notes" to update the record
- Notes are only visible to admin team members
Expected Result: Notes saved to user record and visible on future visits.

delete_forever Delete User Permanently
This will immediately delete this user and ALL related data from the database (public + auth schemas). This action cannot be undone.
Delete User Account
Purpose: Permanently delete a user account. This is IRREVERSIBLE and can only be done after freeze period expires.
Steps:
- Ensure user account is frozen first (see Account Control section above)
- Wait for freeze period to expire (not frozen yet)
- Type "DELETE PERMANENTLY" in the confirmation box
- Click "Delete Account" button
Expected Result: User data anonymized, financial records archived (legal retention 7 years), jobs transferred to admin or archived.
